What is Respect?
The government's 'Respect Standard' tackles anti-social behaviour - teaching and encouraging people to have acceptance and tolerance of others.
Anti-social behaviour can be anything from noise or nuisance, to incidents of violence and intimidation. Under the Respect Standard, Circle Anglia will:
- provide support and advice to residents affected by anti-social behaviour
- work with the police, councils and other groups to deal with those causing the problems
- work with residents to find solutions, to give everyone the quality of life they deserve.
How can Circle Anglia help?
Our Respect Website provides Circle Anglia residents with information to tackle anti-social behaviour. You will find:
- Contact details for different support groups.
- Information about becoming a mentor as part of our Peer Support Network
- Links to the government Respect website and other useful sites.
In the future you will be able to read news stories about anti-social behaviour, leave feedback, and check a diary of events for each area. So stay involved!
